Building a digital ecosystem for an efficient and sustainable Aerospace Supply Chain.Work package 6 - Technological foundation:
Our task is to create a common technological foundation by building an open-source, federated platform with clear development rules that improves the traceability of parts and materials throughout the supply chain and supports the feasibility of technical requirements. We will utilise GXDCH, create reusable EDC extensions and establish a basis for further development into an MVD.
Those who benefit from our work are the organisations who gain insights from the shared data and the internal and external developers who have clear rules to follow during a coherent and informed development process.
Our work is important because it guarantees compliance with DS, promotes knowledge sharing through open source contributions and ensures the successful implementation and alignment of work packages. DS is new, complicated and challenging, and our goal is to bring DS into new areas and find sustainable solutions for the future.
Work package 7 - Applications and services:
Our mission is to define and deliver the required services and applications for the data space while guiding the aerospace supply chain towards digital inclusion and fostering a sustainable ecosystem.
Those who benefit from our work are business users, SMEs, OEMs and the entire aerospace supply chain. They avoid redundant implementations, enjoy well-designed applications, have reduced regulatory and data exchange expenses and gain access to new markets.
Our work is important because the true value of the data space is only realised through the active participation of users and contributes to a sustainable future.
